General Policy
Medhansh Win Sys Pvt Ltd/ComplyMyFilings is a consultancy firm providing professional/advisory services that require time, expertise and resources. Therefore, once an engagement is initiated and work has commenced, a refund of our professional fees is not possible.
Non Refundable Fees
Certain fees associated with our services are non-refundable under any circumstances. These include, but not limited to:
- Government fees which are paid to government agencies/departments/regulatory authorities, such as Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Registrar Of Companies, GST Department, Income Tax Department, Trademark Registry.
- Third Party Fees/Charges which are paid to third party vendors, associates, empaneled professionals and/or partners on your behalf.
- Taxes such as Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable, paid on our professional/service fees are non refundable.
Refund of Professional fees
Our professional/service fees may be considered for a refund under following conditions, subject to the sole discretion of the company that is Medhansh Win Sys Private Limited/ComplyMyFilings:
- Cancellation before the commencement of the work: If you decide to cancel your engagement with us before we have initiated any work on your behalf, you may be eligible for a refund of the professional/service fee paid, subject to a deduction of processing fees.
- Cancellation after Commencement of Work: If you cancel the service after we have started the work, no refund of the professional/service fees shall be issued. In exceptional circumstances, at the sole discretion of our company i.e Medhansh Win Sys Pvt Ltd/ComplyMyfilings a partial refund may be considered on case to case basis.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, you must submit a written request to our official email which is contact@complymyfilings.in, which should include your full name, your business name (if any), your email as provided to us, your mobile number as provided to us, your postal address, service details for which you are requesting the refund, copies of payment made to us and your invoice copy with a detailed reason for the refund request. We shall review your request and respond within 7 to 10 business days.
Processing of Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original method of payment within 15 to 20 business days from the date of approval of the refund from our side.
Changes to this policy
Medhansh Win Sys Pvt Ltd/ComplyMyfilings reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time, any changes and/or ratification will be updated on this page and we request to you to review our refund policy periodically.
